Refunds

All of our custom beaded dog collars are not refundable or exchangeable as they are made-to-order for your pet. Please email us if you have any questions on how to measure your pet before ordering.

All non-custom items can be returned for a full-refund within 14 days. The item must be returned unused, in its original packing. A refund will be processed once we receive the item.

Shipping

Zany Zak will provide tracking information on every order that is shipped. Orders typically ship in 3-5 business. A USPS tracking number will be sent when your order is processed.
